When it comes to CRM software, there's a lot to be said for customization, and CRM software Monday.com has some of the greatest. Monday.com gives you the power to focus on what your business needs to prosper and develop, with a simple, intuitive interface and a custom design.

Simply, monday.com is all about giving you complete control over the CRM software you utilize. This complete and completely functional sale CRM has a colorful, intuitive layout that is easy to navigate while still providing you with the robust analytics and functionality you need to keep track of your business's affairs. Furthermore, the supplier offers a variety of discounts and special offers that you can take advantage of.

I know, you have a lot of questions in mind, and to answer all those questions we are here, with the Monday.com CRM review. #TWN

We'll go through some of the features, pricing plans, customer support choices, and commonly asked questions about this bespoke CRM software in this blog.

You begin by selecting one of three templates, or "boards," to work with: Sales CRM, Partnership Management, or Sales Assets. From active leads to contact forms, each evaluates a separate set of business data. You'll be able to add code-free automation capabilities to these boards straight away, so your processes will start saving you time right away.

You may further personalize your template by dragging and dropping dashboards, lists, and other analytic and productivity tools into and around it, allowing you to construct the ultimate central hub for your company. You can also use monday.com to design and package custom apps, albeit the system is still in testing, so there may be some bugs at first.

Monday.com Plans and Pricing

Individual, Basic, Standard, and Pro are the four pricing options available on Monday.com. Users get limitless boards, over 20 column types, embedded forms, the monday.com mobile app for Android and iOS, and the Kanban visualization.

Monday.com offers options based on the number of users, and their pricing page includes a useful calculator for determining how much the CRM would cost depending on the number of users. Specific prices are as follows:

  • The Basic package for three users starts at $8 per month, payable annually.

  • The Standard plan starts at $10 per user per month, payable annually, for three users.

  • The Pro package for three users starts at $16 per month, payable annually.

Why should you use Monday.com?

Now let’s answer the question we began with why should you use only Monday.com CRM?

Monday.com is more than a CRM; it's a complete work environment.

We have everything you could want in a workplace, including project management, task management, and analytics, all in one simple platform.

Monday.com can handle projects and workflows in marketing, IT, software development, sales and CRM, HR, and any other department within your company.

In essence, any company may bring diverse departments together in one workspace to ease project management while simultaneously improving teamwork.

Team leaders, project managers, and executives may receive a rapid overview of various projects, processes, workflows, tasks, and more.

Monday.com Automation

Monday.com allows you to design automation rules that follow the logic of "if this, then that."

They're simple to make, don't require any technical knowledge, and can help you optimize your entire CRM workflow with ease.

Assume you've received a new lead. You can add them to the Sales Pipeline as a job or item on Monday.com.

You can then build an automation rule so that whenever the job's status changes to "Won" or "Closed," a task is generated on the Projects board with all the deal information, and automatic notifications are sent to the other team members.

Customer Setup and Support

Monday.com focuses on giving you the tools you need to work things out on your own when it comes to client setup and support. Online documentation, webinar links, video lessons, frequently asked question lists, and step-by-step guidelines abound on the provider's help website, allowing consumers to take customer service into their own hands.

Unfortunately, monday.com does not appear to be very easy to contact via phone. On the website, there appears to be no live chat option, and every "Contact" button goes to a variety of embedded forms. Nonetheless, these forms lead to eventual contact with support staff, and the abundance of online resources more than compensates for the absence of quickly available live choices.

It's also worth noting that, while monday.com is based in Tel Aviv, it does have a New York office, so you should be able to contact someone if you need to.

Pros and Cons of Monday.com

Pros Of Monday.com

  • Monday.com functions similarly to a spreadsheet. It has the appearance and feel of a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. It is, nevertheless, easier to operate because of its more intuitive user interface. You won't have to start from scratch with pre-built templates like you would with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • You'll collaborate with your project team in one online spot rather than using traditional spreadsheet-based tools. You won't have to worry about version control because everyone on your project team will have access to the same information in one place.

  • Given that Monday.com is similar to a spreadsheet, it's no surprise that it's a great tool for ad-hoc or repeatable job management. If you and your team frequently write checklists or to-do lists for a small project or a repeating procedure, Monday.com makes it simple to do so. Monday.com allows you to manage tasks in a variety of ways, including spreadsheets, Kanban boards, and timeframes. Furthermore, similar to Google Docs or Google Sheets, you and your team can collaborate and update the text as a single unit. Emails and hand-offs are no longer necessary.

  • Monday.com's possible use cases are unlimited, as long as it's just for you or a small group of people you work with on a daily basis, and the job is task-based.

 Cons Of Monday.com

  • Monday.com may be one of the most effective time management tools available. However, when you break down its project management features, it's only good for task management. Monday.com offers a variety of displays, including Table, Timeline, Kanban, Calendar, Chart, and Map. Each is, however, a different visualization of a job list for yourself or your small team - you're confined to task management rather than project management.

  • Monday.com is attempting to replace Microsoft's (Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint) and Google's product suites (i.e., Sheets, Drive). However, TrueNxus believes they are more suited to replacing document-based applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft OneNote, and Google Docs. Checklists and to-do lists are typically created in document-based technologies rather than spreadsheets. It can also be used to replace Microsoft SharePoint. Monday.com will not suffice if you are a power user of spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet). While Monday.com offers a spreadsheet-like interface, it lacks the formulae and pivot tables necessary for data analysis.

  • Monday.com's reporting features are restricted, which is problematic for project management. If you're working on a project with more than a few stakeholders, you'll need to keep track of and report progress using more than a few bulleted lists with dates. You'll need to put together a project status report to keep track of the project's progress, and there's no tool on Monday.com that will let you do that without a steep learning curve or subscribing to the most advanced package.

  • Monday.com lets you visualize each task you've been allocated on a separate board. To do so, however, you must first go to the page and search or filter for your name. Then you must repeat the process each time. While this is inefficient in and of itself, it's much more so if you want to see all of the tasks you've been allocated to across several projects, which you can't. You should be able to see everything that you are accountable for. You should also be able to observe how others affect your work, which is known as task dependencies. If a task is dependent on another task, you must locate the item on the board and determine whether anything has changed.

Conclusion

While Monday.com is a fantastic tool, it does have some flaws, as our Monday.com review will show. But the advantages of this software overpower the cons. Hence, we will recommend trying it at least once and then deciding for yourself if is this CRM software perfect for you or not.
