I'm sure you've been overwhelmed with people telling you that you need to make new year's resolutions to get healthier, smaller, and wealthier. I'm not saying they're incorrect (they could be), but I am saying that new year's resolutions don't always work. #ThinkWithNiche

Most resolutions are similar to wishes in that they are aimed at improving something. The problem with desires is that they are rarely fulfilled. There are several reasons why people do not achieve their goals, but the most common one, in my opinion, is a lack of focus on the purpose. Things get in the way, such as job, business, and life in general, and the goal isn't at the forefront of your mind and doesn't appear to be as vital as it once was.

You’ve in all likelihood heard the announcement, “What is measured receives done.” It comes from the control guru Peter Drucker who clearly said “What is measured and what is managed”. The simple guiding principle is if you’re measuring something then the opportunity of you performing at the statistics you currently have is much higher.
