Gautam Adani, the founder of the country's leading industrial house Adani Group, and one of the world's richest men, has been honored with the USIBC 2022 Global Leadership Award. The award has been presented by the US India Business Council (USIBC) of the US Chamber of Commerce to the head of the Adani Group for his visionary leadership. The Council organized an interactive program on the occasion with the theme 'Maximizing the Next 75 Years of US-India Prosperity'.

Addressing this, Adani spoke in detail about the business relationship and future prospects between India and America. The program was attended by Myron Brilliant, Head of International Affairs of the US Chamber of Commerce, President of the US India Business Council, Ambassador Atul Keshap, and many industrialists and special guests. In his address at the event, Gautam Adani said, “It is an honor to receive the USIBC Global Leadership Award. I am grateful that I got the opportunity to speak in the presence of so many industry leaders and senior government officials. This award has been received on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of India's independence, which makes it even more significant and memorable. Gautam Adani said that there can be no disagreement that the rapidly evolving and newly emerging global dynamics between the two largest global democracies like India and the US, the success of the partnership will be one of the most defining relationships of this century.

With the signing of the US Climate Bill into law, both countries must find a way to benefit," Adani says. He also stated that his company has already committed USD 70 billion to green energy.
