Man Orders An i-Phone But Receives A Bar Of Soap Instead

This is not the first time we have heard any news like this. A man ordered an iPhone worth Rs. 53000 from Flipkart, the online shopping platform. A man named Simranpal Singh ordered an iPhone with the ongoing festival sales. He ordered the phone and upon receiving the order he got nothing but two bars of soap. He has shared a video on youtube showing all this. 

It is not a very pleasing situation for the company's reputation. Simranpal Singh has filed a complaint with Flipkart Customer Care. He has said that the company has promised to resolve the issue as soon as possible. People who have somehow started using Online shopping websites have once again become suspicious of buying products from online stores. It is also recommended to check the product before making the payment and before sharing the OTP with the delivery person.
