Brandwatch has released a list of the most influential people on Twitter. The list is based on annual research that was carried out by the company itself. The list has the American singer Taylor Swift at the top followed by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi who has second place in the list. The list also includes cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, Dwayne Johnson, Leonardo Di Caprio, and Michelle Obama. 

The organization has appreciated Sachin Tendulkar, who is placed at 35, for raising his voice for the right cause and also for inspiring his followers to do the same. He has been associated with UNICEF and has also been appointed as a brand ambassador for South Asia in 2013. The individual has also supported many education, health, and sports initiatives in rural and urban India.
