News Synopsis

A special screening of the film 'San 84 Justice' was held in Delhi. Director Sandeep Kumar Rana's bilingual film revolves around the lives of oppressed Sikh families after the assassination of former Prime Minister Late Indira Gandhi in 1984. The poster of this film was unveiled at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival in 2019. Many eminent people attended the screening.

These included Minorities Commission Chairman Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Former Army Chief General JJ Singh, Senior Advocate HS Phoolka, Jago Party President Manjit Singh, Romania's Ambassador Daniela Sejonov, Maninder Singh, Akali Dal's Banni Jolly Singh, and Jaswinder Singh Jolly. Based on the 84 riots, the film was appreciated by all, and everyone was emotionally overwhelmed after the film was over.
