News Synopsis

When will the next edition of Spotify's Stream On event take place? On March 8th at 1PM ET, the presentation, which is mostly geared toward creators, will take place.

In 2021, the company began hosting Stream On events to highlight new product releases, creative tools, and exclusive podcasts. This time around, you can expect more of the same since Spotify has promised to demonstrate how it is  "unlocking new possibilities for more creators than ever before."  In order to help creators succeed across music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other audio formats, it will be revealed what programs and resources are available (though Spotify has dialled back its live audio efforts).

Let's hope the long-awaited CD-quality music streaming option is finally given more information. Nearly two years ago, at the initial Stream On showcase, the company unveiled Spotify HiFi. Users were informed that it was still in development in early 2022.

Since Spotify doesn't have many public events, it's always interesting to find out what the company has planned, particularly for features that may affect the platform's user base. The future edition of Stream On will be broadcast live on Spotify's website and YouTube channel.

More than 456 million Monthly Active Users and 195 million Premium Subscribers make Spotify the most well-known audio streaming subscription service in the world. It has revolutionized how people access and enjoy music and podcasts with a presence in 184 markets, more than 80 million tracks, and 4.7 million podcast titles.
