Time Magazine named Elon Musk as ‘Person of the Year’ 2021

Time magazine has named Elon Musk as “Person of the Year’ for 2021. Elon Musk is currently associated with Tesla, SpaceX and Neuralink, and the infrastructure firm The Boring Company. Tesla’s value has risen to a trillion in 2021, with it being the most valuable carmaker in the world. SpaceX has also been engaged in multiple projects, including the space visit of all civilian crew. 

Not only this, Elon Musk has been the center of many discussions for his tweets on cryptocurrencies and other matters. Time Magazine has said that the “Person of the Year” is a person who affects the news or people’s lives the most, for better or for worse and Elon Musk fits well in the category as he has been making headlines throughout the year.

This tradition started in 1927 and US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were jointly announced as the “Person of the Year” last year.
