News Synopsis

After all, Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, is now in charge of Twitter, the largest microblogging platform in the world. Since taking control, Elon Musk has fired a number of high-ranking officials, including CEO Parag Agarwal.

Both Twitter's CEO Parag Agarwal and CFO Ned Segal were reportedly fired only after Musk became the company's owner, according to the story. Vijaya Gadde, the head of Twitter's legal department, is also among the senior executives let go.

After this deal with Elon Musk, it is reported that the ban will also be removed from all those Twitter accounts which have been banned permanently. Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and former US President Donald Trump are also included in this list. Twitter has permanently banned the accounts of these people. Kangana's account was banned in May 2021 for a tweet against the Bengal violence.

A media agency's report said that Twitter's CEO will remain for some time after the acquisition is completed, but that will change in the long term. Musk and Twitter had a long-running debate over the bot account.

According to Musk, Twitter ought to be a place where all kinds of users may freely express their opinions. There should be no place for hatred on any social media.

Through her Instagram Stories, Kangana Ranaut praised and cheered Elon Musk for taking over the microblogging site Twitter. Kangana also included a message from a fan asking Elon Musk to restore Kangana's account after it was suspended the previous year.

Kangana's Twitter account was permanently suspended in May due to her repeated breaches of Twitter's guidelines for publishing content. As a result of her frequent breaches of Twitter policy, her account was permanently disabled, as a Twitter official had confirmed at the time. Such behaviour has the potential to instigate physical violence. The representative went on to say that all of their rules were impartial and equitable.
