A film about American Entrepreneur, Author, Voice Actor, and Film Producer Walt Disney and his journey to create Disneyland, the California Theme Park, is currently being developed by Walt Disney Studios.

Variety reports that it will make its premiere on the well-known Streaming Platform Disney Plus. The unnamed movie is directed by David Gordon Green.

The script is being written by Evan Spiliotopoulos, whose writing credits include "Beauty and the Beast" and "Snow White and the Huntsmen" from Disney.

In the summer of 1955, Disneyland, sometimes known as "The Happiest Place on Earth," opened in Anaheim. Despite the fact that Disney parks were later constructed in Florida, Paris, and other locations all around the world, the California original is the only Disney Theme Park to have been built under the close supervision of the man whose name served as the idea for the Entertainment Device.

Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion, and The Jungle Cruise are just a handful of the attractions that were the basis for big-budget movies. Disney's theme parks have been a rich supply of content for the company. In the other direction, some of Disney's most well-known film franchises have led the way for themed zones like Star Wars Galaxy's Edge and Marvel's Avengers Campus.

The soon-to-be-released film isn't Disney's first attempt to portray the highs and lows of Walt Disney. In the 2013 historical drama Saving Mr. Banks, which is about the film producer and entrepreneur's fight for Mary Poppin's land rights, the studio engaged Tom Hanks to play its founder.

The movie is being made by Cavalry Media. With Jason Reed, Cavalry Media's Dana Brunetti and Matt DelPiano will serve as producers. The executive producer will be Jessica Matthews. Disney Studios will be supervised by Allison Erlikhman.

Disney Studios has created a lot of successful movies. It has worked with animation and classic drama movies and has satisfied audiences with its work almost all the time. Now that they have achieved so much Disney Studios had decided to work on a film about Walt Disney, the American entrepreneur, writer, voice actor, and film producer, and his adventure to construct Disneyland, the California theme park.

Disneyland, dubbed "The Happiest Place on Earth," opened in Anaheim in the summer of 1955. Despite the fact that Disney parks were later created in Florida, Paris, and other parts of the world, the California original remains the only Disney theme park built under the direct supervision of the man whose name inspired the entertainment destination. Disney's theme parks have provided the studio with a wealth of material, with attractions such as "Pirates of the Caribbean," "The Haunted Mansion," and "The Jungle Cruise" among those that have inspired major motion movies. In contrast, several of Disney's most popular film franchises, such as Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and Marvel's Avengers Campus, have pioneered the way for themed sections.

The upcoming film isn't Disney's first attempt to depict Walt Disney's accomplishments and sorrows. The studio selected Tom Hanks to play its creator in 'Saving Mr. Banks,' a biographical drama about the film producer and entrepreneur's pursuit of Mary Poppins' rights. The film is being produced by Cavalry Media. Cavalry Media's Dana Brunetti and Matt Delpiano will produce alongside Jason Reed. Executive producer Jessica Matthews will be on board. Disney Studios will be overseen by Allison Ehrlichman.
