News Synopsis

Following the removal of advertisements for gambling and a few other categories from its App Store, Apple has also eliminated similar types of adverts from the section of kids' gaming apps. It is stated that this adjustment was done on a temporary basis in response to developer complaints.

According to a media source, Apple has issued a statement saying that it has temporarily removed the suggestions for the gambling app that appear next to the children's gaming section. Let us know that the company has introduced space for a new advertisement on the App Store on Tuesday this week.

According to the source, the issue was revealed on Twitter on Wednesday after a suggestion appeared at the bottom of the RecoveryMe section for "Jackpot World," an app designed to help users quit gambling. Another Twitter user also found an advertisement for the horse betting app on the same page. Other Twitter users saw sports betting and gambling ads listed in the Children's Games section. After this, in the same week, several app developers filed complaints against gambling ads through Twitter.

Following that, Apple took this move. In a statement, Apple announced that it is temporarily deleting recommendations for gambling apps that display next to the kids' games category. Let us inform you that the company published the most recent version of its operating system on October 26. Including iOS 16.1 and iPadOS 16.1, among others.

In terms of the company’s most recent development, the newest operating system versions were just released.

The iPadOS 16.1 version that is presently rolling out is the first update of the operating system we have seen thus far, as the first release of the operating system was missed last month.

The version numbers for the company's mobile operating systems are once again in line with the launch of iPadOS 16.1 and iOS 16.1, as had been expected by rumours.

According to GSMArena, Stage Manager, a revised multitasking interface, is part of the new iPad OS and is only available on iPad Pro 12.9 third generation and newer, all iPad Pro 11′′ versions, and the most recent iPad Air.
