Women Envoys Hail Diverse Workforce at Adani's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Projects

News Synopsis
A delegation of women envoys from nine countries, including Luxembourg, Romania, and Slovenia, recently visited Adani Group's clean energy and infrastructure projects in Gujarat.
The delegates commended the increasing participation of women in the workforce, particularly in Adani Green Energy's cutting-edge renewable energy facility in Khavda, Kutch.
The visit, which took place ahead of International Women's Day, provided the ambassadors and high commissioners with an opportunity to witness firsthand the contributions of female engineers and self-help group (SHG) members supported by the Adani Foundation.
Their interactions highlighted the significant role women are playing in driving sustainable development and economic growth.

“The ambassadors saw firsthand how the renewables project is integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable development, including the Energy Network Operations Centre (ENOC) overseen by women engineers,” the Adani Group stated.
Additionally, the delegation engaged with SHG women supported by the Adani Foundation, who are involved in various entrepreneurial and handicraft activities, fostering self-sufficiency and community upliftment.
