Swiggy's Snacc 10-Minute Food Delivery Now Available in Noida and Gurugram

News Synopsis
Swiggy has expanded its lightning-fast food delivery service, Snacc, to Noida and Gurugram, marking its entry into two major corporate and urban hubs. Launched in Bengaluru in January 2025, Snacc offers food and beverages within 10 minutes, competing directly with Zepto’s Zepto Cafe and Blinkit’s Bistro.
How Snacc Works: Own Kitchens, Lightning Speed
Snacc functions as a separate app from the main Swiggy platform and uses Swiggy’s own cloud kitchens to prepare and deliver food quickly. The service promises delivery of popular and healthy food items in under 10 minutes. It targets customers looking for quick bites, beverages, and nutritious snacks without the long wait times associated with traditional food delivery platforms.
Menu Highlights: From Cold Brew to Protein Shakes
The Snacc menu includes a wide variety of items tailored to urban, health-conscious consumers. Offerings include:
-
Vietnamese Iced Kaapi
-
Mojito Cold Brew
-
Lemonade, Buttermilk, and Lassi
-
Healthy choices like protein shakes, salads, and fruit bowls
-
Products from trusted brands such as The Whole Truth
The app is designed for ease of use, ensuring that users can discover, select, and order their favorite items quickly, with minimal navigation.
Statement from Snacc Leadership
Commenting on the expansion, Satheesh Raman, Business Head of Snacc, said:
“Snacc is designed with simplicity in mind—ensuring that you can find your choice of food or beverage on the app’s homepage, order it, and get it delivered to your doorstep in 10 minutes. After a great response in Bengaluru, we have now launched our services in Noida and Gurugram—corporate hubs with a large urban population, especially youth.”
He added that the company plans to introduce more offerings soon to meet the evolving demands of consumers.
Bengaluru Success Fuels Expansion
Swiggy stated that Snacc has been scaling rapidly in Bengaluru since its launch, and is now available across most of the city. This growth laid the foundation for expansion into Noida and Gurugram, where demand for quick commerce solutions is rising sharply among office-goers and young professionals.
The Rise of 10-Minute Food Delivery in India
The 10-minute food delivery model has become the latest battleground for quick commerce players. Swiggy had earlier experimented with this model through ‘Bolt’—a feature within its main app that delivers food from nearby restaurants (within a 2-kilometre radius) in 10 minutes. As of now, Bolt operates in 425 Indian cities and contributes to 9% of Swiggy’s total food delivery orders.
Competition Heats Up: Zepto and Blinkit Join the Race
Snacc faces tough competition from other major players entering the 10-minute delivery race:
-
Zepto Café: CEO Aadit Palicha recently revealed that the platform hit 100,000 orders per day, closing in on a $100 million annualized GMV with a strong 50% gross margin.
-
Blinkit Bistro: Zomato’s quick commerce arm Blinkit launched Bistro as a pilot program in Gurugram in January 2025.
These services signal a wider trend of consumers expecting quicker, more convenient access to food and drinks—reshaping the food delivery landscape in India.
