Kia India has announced a major milestone for its popular mid-size SUV, the Kia Seltos. The SUV has successfully crossed 6 lakh (600,000) units in cumulative sales in the Indian market.

The achievement highlights the Seltos’ strong demand since its launch and its continued popularity across variants.

According to the company, the Seltos has set a new sales benchmark by surpassing 6 lakh units in India. This milestone reinforces its strong presence in the competitive mid-size SUV segment.

Kia’s Chief Sales Officer, Sunghak Park, stated that crossing the 6 lakh sales mark reflects customers’ consistent preference for products that deliver strong fundamentals in design, safety, technology, and performance. He added that the Seltos raised expectations in the mid-SUV segment by offering features and configurations that were not widely available at the time of launch.

The company also revealed that top variants account for 29% of total Seltos sales, indicating strong demand for premium trims with advanced safety and connected technology features.
