Addressing candidates at 45 locations nationwide via video conferencing, Modi highlighted how global engagement is helping unlock new career pathways.

The Prime Minister said such agreements are designed to facilitate skill exchange, workforce mobility, and employment growth, allowing Indian youth to access opportunities both within India and abroad.
