CollegeDekho, a higher education service provider, plans to hire 300 individuals by November 2022. According to Ruchir Arora, College Dekho co-founder and CEO, the company claims to have grown from 600 employees in January 2022 to 1,800 today. Arora went on to say that CollegeDekho's goal for Financial Year 2023 is to close to three lakh applications."We closed one lakh applications last year," he stated.

According to regulatory files, the company's revenue from operations climbed 27.66 percent to Rs 47.90 crore in FY21 from Rs 37.52 crore in FY20. The company's net loss fell 21.59 percent to Rs 21.31 crore in FY21, from Rs 27.18 crore the previous year.

CollegeDekho, which is backed by Girnarsoft Education Services Private Limited, promises to collect revenue from three sources. The CEO added that its domestic admission service amounts for 75% of revenue, its online learning platform- Learn accounts for 20%, and its study abroad business accounts for 5% of revenue.
Based on the students' admission, the organization claims to have earned commission from 1,500 partner colleges in India and 200 universities across the United States (US), Canada, and Australia under domestic admissions and study abroad.

In order to scale its Learn platform, CollegeDekho launched an extra service called 'Assured' in July. "This program provides students with work options from over 200 partner organizations," he explained.
In addition, the company intends to offer 40 additional courses to the Learn platform.It currently provides over 35 courses in areas such as finance, business, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and communication development, among others. The platform has had approximately 2,000 enrollments every month since its inception in February 2022.
