Good Glamm acquires 2 more Startups, Plans to Invest Rs. 200 crore in Influencer Marketing Platform

News Synopsis

The Good Glamm Group has now acquired two more startups. These two platforms are influencer marketing platform, Winkl and the online video analytics platform, Vidooly. 

The company has already acquired Popxo’s Plixxo and MissMalini. Plixxo and Winkl have a total of 250,000 influencers and have a reach of over 70 million users on a monthly basis. 

The Good Glamm Group came into existence in September 2021, which is a combination of three brands MyGlamm, POPxo and BabyChakra. It is led by the founders of these three companies Darshan Sanghvi, Priyanka Gill of POPxo and Naiyya Saggi of BabyChakra. The Good Glamm Group was valued at $1 billion in November 2021, after raising $150 million in its Series D funding round.
