YouTube Music Testing to Allow Users to Customize Filters

YouTube Music, a music streaming platform owned by Google, could be next to test suggestion chips to filter what you see. According to 9To5Google, just below the bar that shows what the radio user is playing, there is a filter carousel that users can tap to adjust the plays next in Up next. 

According to a Reddit user, filter pills vary from song to song and only appear in radio-generated queues. This allows users to find more songs to listen to without having to search their home feed.

According to the report, it would be ideal if the user's current radio queue is good, but they desire more diversity. Overall, people can stay in the Now Playing UI. This is the fastest way to start another song. The view is a bit busy and cluttered, but it's still pretty basic, the report said.
