In response to user complaints, X reported receiving 5,158 grievances from users in India during the same reporting period. The platform promptly addressed these concerns through its grievance redressal mechanisms, processing 86 grievances related to appealing account suspensions.

Outcome of Grievance Resolution

Of the 86 grievances processed, X overturned suspensions for seven accounts after reviewing specific circumstances. However, the remaining reported accounts remained suspended in accordance with X's policies and guidelines, highlighting the platform's commitment to upholding safety standards.

Furthermore, X received 29 requests related to general account inquiries during the reporting period, indicating the platform's active engagement with users on various issues and its commitment to transparency and accountability.
