Wipro claims the revenue form its IT services business to grow 2-4%

Wipro has claimed that the revenue from the IT services of the company can grow by 2-4%. The CEO and managing director of Wipro, Thierry Delaporte has said in its exchange filings that the company got seven new customers in the past 12 months with a revenue of over $100 million, making it the highest number of companies added as new customers.

The company also reported a 29.6% growth in revenue with the IT services margin remaining strong at 17.6%. 

The company also mentioned that it has signed deals with various industries like healthcare, waste management, manufacturing, and more. The company has also signed deals across US-based healthcare, manufacturing, retail brokerage, and hospitality sectors in its IT services segment. Due to the surge in Omicron cases, Wipro has to close its offices globally for the next four weeks.
