News Synopsis

Last month Elon Musk has challenged the United Nations to explain to him how the $6.6 billion of his wealth could be used to address world hunger and starvation. The food assistant branch at UN, the World Food Programme represented how $6.6 billion could help 42 million people from starving. The head of WFP announced the proposal by calling out Musk.

The billionaire has claimed to sell his Tesla stocks if the organization explained to him how they will spend the money. The proposal explained how the money donated by the richest people of the world can be used to get rid of world hunger. The proposal includes $3.5 billion for food and its delivery and $2 billion for cash and food vouchers including other expenditures.
