WarnerMedia appoints Saugata Mukharjee the Head of Content

WarnerMedia has made three more hires in Asia to bolster its production teams. The company is on a hiring spree for the launch of HBO Max in Asia. Suagata Mukharjee has also joined the entertainment company as the Head of Content-Entertainment, India. It has appointed Mark Francis as the Group lead of Production and Development in Singapore and Wee Shi Ming as the lead of Entertainment Content Acquisition in North Asia content.Both of them will report to Magdalene Ew, the head of content- Entertainment for Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.WarnerMedia also announced Audrey Wee as the physical production lead for the growing lineup of regional entertainment content in Southeast Asia. May-Yi Lee was also named as the lead of Development and Production- unscripted for Southeast Asia.
