News Synopsis

Vivo has officially launched its flagship Vivo X300 series in its home market, China. The series includes two devices: Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Both smartphones are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 SoC and run Vivo’s latest OriginOS 6 UI based on Android 16. The devices feature Zeiss-branded camera systems along with the V3+ image processing chip for enhanced photography.

Camera and Imaging Highlights

The Vivo X300 features a 200MP Samsung HPB primary camera, while the X300 Pro sports a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor. Both devices come with a 50MP front-facing camera. Both phones utilize a BOE Q10+ OLED 1.5K LTPO display, with the Pro variant offering a larger screen. Battery capacities differ slightly, with the standard X300 offering 6,040mAh and the Pro model 6,510mAh.

200MP Telephoto Lens and ZEISS Partnership

The Vivo X300 Pro is equipped with an 85mm 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens, developed in collaboration with Samsung and MediaTek. This HPBlue large-sized sensor (1/1.4-inch) has an aperture of f/2.67 and features ZEISS T coating*, ensuring color purity and sharpness certified by ZEISS APO standards. It also provides CIPA 5.5 stabilization, capturing razor-sharp images even at high magnification.

The Vivo X300 also features this ZEISS sensor as its primary camera with an aperture of f/1.68 and CIPA 4.5 stabilization, while its telephoto lens is a 50MP Sony sensor.

Vivo X300 Specifications

The Vivo X300 sports a 6.31-inch 1.5K+ 120Hz LTPO flat display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, reaching peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and the V3+ image processing chip. The phone offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

Camera setup includes the 200MP HPB primary sensor, 50MP JN1 ultra-wide, and 50MP LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens. A 50MP front camera handles selfies. Battery capacity is 6,040mAh, supporting 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The X300 features a metal frame, IP68/IP69 rating, NFC, IR blaster, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X300 Pro Specifications

The X300 Pro has a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It runs the Dimensity 9500 chipset with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Camera system includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide, and 200MP periscope telephoto lens, with Zeiss-powered 2.35× telephoto teleconverter support. It also features the V3+ and Vs1 imaging chips for advanced photo processing. The front camera is a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.

Battery capacity is 6,510mAh, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Additional features include in-display ultrasonic fingerprint, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.

Vivo X300 is available in Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black, and Lucky colors, with the following prices:
