Toshiba To Split Into 3 Units

Japanese Company Toshiba has decided to split itself into three different units. A spokesperson of the company released a statement on Monday in which he said that the company is trying to focus on infrastructure, devices, and memory chips separately. The company has come up with this decision as it draws the new mid-term plan in order to boost the corporate value of the organization. 

Toshiba plans to split up the units and list them in a few years. The aim to split the units is set for 2023. The company has not yet made any official announcement regarding the split now, but it has assured that it will make an announcement related to the split as soon as it happens.
