Teachmint acquired Video Engagement Platform, Airlearn

Teachmint, the live teaching platform has made its third acquisition with Airlearn for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will lead the entire team of Airlearn to become a part of Teachmint’s Teachstack. 

Earlier, Teachmint acquired Teachmore and acqui-hired the Indian branch of Singapore-based Teachee. Both of these companies allow the teachers with a platform to sell their educational products and conduct online sessions with the students.

The Chief Executive and founder of Teachmint, Mihir Gupta has said that they have acquired the Airlearn for the expertise of their team and the experience they have. The amount of the acquisition and the financial details for the deal are yet not disclosed by any of the companies.

The CEO has also claimed that it is an initiation towards the expansion of the company in the international market. The teaching platform is also working on the development of the right product that fits the market before going deeper into the international markets.

Teachmint provides the teachers with a platform to conduct online classes with two-way interactive learning solutions along with the feature of video sharing and more. Teachmint also offers a tutoring management SaaS, that enables teachers to mark attendance, conduct tests, create virtual classrooms, and more.
