News Synopsis

TATA Motors has recently announced a price hike in their commercial vehicles that will take place from January next year. The price hike will take place across medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV), intermediate and light commercial vehicles (I&LCV), small commercial vehicles (SCV), and buses that are based on individual models and variants of vehicles.

TATA Motors has said in its statement that this price for commercial vehicles is taking place due to the increase in the prices of different commodities like steel, aluminum, and other metals used in the production.

Previously, other automakers like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Maruti Suzuki have also announced an increase in the prices of their vehicles from January next year.
