Major automobile company of India, Tata Motors has announced that it has received an order of 1300 commercial vehicles from VRL Logistics Limited. VRL Logistics Limited will acquire these vehicles to expand its commercial vehicle fleet portfolio in India. This order comprises vehicles from Tata MotorsMedium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle and Intermediate and Light Commercial Vehicle range. These are best suited for the logistics operations of the company, In its Press statement, the company said that superior drivability, high fuel efficiency, and low total cost of ownership are some of the important factors that made these vehicles stand out from others. VRL Logistics said that these will enhance the efficiency of its fleet. After receiving the order, Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Commercial Vehicle Business Unit at Tata Motors Rajesh Kaul said: “We, at Tata Motors, endeavor to engineer our vehicles to offer the lowest total cost of ownership and our widest service network will ensure best-in-the-industry service support in all corners of the country.
