Skoda Auto Crosses 200 Customer Touchpoint Mark

Skoda Auto India announced on Tuesday that it will exceed 200 customer touchpoints nationwide and will exceed 250 selling point milestones by the end of the year. Czech carmakers said in a statement that the first half of 2022 was a product rush for the new Kodiaq, Slavia, and the new Kushaq Monte Carlo.

While the product attack spawned one phase of the India 2.0 strategy, another phase of the project, improving customer experience, also as the company passed 205 Plus customer touchpoints in 123 cities in all four regions of the country. 

Skoda finished 2021 with 175 touch points in 117 cities, aiming to reach 225 touchpoints by the end of 2022. However, the rapid success of new car launches fueled the start of the expansion, and the company is now aiming to reach 250 touchpoints by the end of 2022, the automaker said.

The company added that it plans to have about 10 touchpoints in each zone across India and will continue to expand rapidly. With this expansion, the main focus is to penetrate deeply into the major market clusters covering both metro and non-metro centers.

Already this year, Skoda has added touchpoints in Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad, Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh, Karimnagar Telangana, Dhanbad Jharkhand, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, and many more across states and regions.
