News Synopsis

A tragic news struck the cricket community on last Friday when they come to know that Australian spin wizard Shane Warne passed away at the age of 52. According to his management, while he was enjoying his vacation in Thailand when he was found unresponsive in his Villa. It was reported that he passed away due to a suspected heart attack. Yesterday, A Thai police official informed that the Australian Legend passed away due to natural causes and there were no indications of foul play. Shane Warne is considered as one of the greatest cricketers of all time. Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison announced that the Australian government is bringing his body back and he will be given a state funeral. In a press conference, the deputy director of Samui Hospital, Songyot Chayaninporamet informed that the cause of the demise of Shane Warne was a “congenital disease". He said: "There is no Covid-19 infection and no sign of assault or murder." Krissana Pattanacharoen, Thailand's deputy police spokesman while addressing the press conference said:  "Investigators received an autopsy report today in which a forensic doctor concludes the death was due to natural causes."
