Sagar Setu Mobile App Launched for National Logistics Portal Marine

Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, launched the Sagar Setu Mobile App for the National Logistics Portal Marine on 31 March 2023. The app was launched in the presence of Shripad Y. Naik, MoS, Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, Sudhansh Pant, Secretary, and other senior officials.

The Sagar Setu mobile app has been envisaged with deliverables covering features like Login Module, Service Catalogue, Common Application Format, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Certification, and Track & Trace, among others. The app will provide real-time information of activities that are generally not in reach of the importer, exporter, and customs broker, including vessel-related information, gate, container freight stations, and transactions.
