Royal Enfield Scram 411 launched in India.

News Synopsis

One of the oldest and most popular two-wheeler manufacturers in the Country- Royal Enfield has launched a new motorcycle called Scram 411 on March 15th. Scram 411 is an adventure motorcycle based on the company’s other adventure motorcycle Himalayan. As per the media reports, the new motorcycle is more road-friendly and easy to manage. Scram 411 will compete against the likes of KTM Duke 390, Bajaj Dominar 400, and KTM 390 Adventure. The price tag of the base model is Rs. 2.03 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 2.08 lakh for the top model. The new bike will be available in seven colors. The Scram 411 will be powered by the same 411 cc engine we see in Himalayan. It will produce 24 hp of power and 32Nm of Torque. However, it will not come up with a tall windscreen, wrap-around frame, secondary fender as we see on the Himalayan. It will also come with smaller wheels compared to the Himalayan. It will have a ground clearance of 200 mm to easily hover over the obstacles. Royal Enfield has manufactured some of the most iconic and classic motorcycles in the past. Royal Enfield Bullet is popularly recognized for its old-school thump and its iconic ‘dug-dug’ sound. The Bullet has garnered a cult following among Indian bikers for ages.
