Robinhood is launching a Beta Version of its Crypto Wallet

Robinhood is launching a beta version for the cryptocurrency wallet of the platform. The new beta version will be launched in January 2022. The bets phase or beta version will be available for the users who want to sign up for it.

Christine Brown, the COO at Robinhood has said that the beta will roll out to tens of thousands of customers while alpha will focus on a small batch of customers with 1:1 engagement. 

Robinhood has said that the customers can take the alpha version as the software testing and beta as the software development phase. The alpha programme of the platform saw 1 million sign-ups in less than 30 days, taking the total sign-ups to 1.6 million.  

Robinhood users who are not able to store and manage their digital assets in and out of their accounts will be able to do so with the help of a wallet. They will be able to manage their holdings within the application.
