Renault achieves 8 lakh cumulative sales mark

French automobile company, Renault on tuesday announced that it has crossed 8 lakh sales mark in India. Renault has been in the Indian Automobile market for the past 10 years. Renault said that despite unfavorable and difficult circumstances because of the pandemic,2021 proved be a phenomenal year for the company. Kiger SUV launched a year is the highest selling car of the French automaker. The company has till now sold over 4-lakh units of Kiger. Another product of the company, Triber is also receiving positive response and posting decent numbers in its sales. Venkatram Mamillapalle, Country CEO & Managing Director, Renault India Operations said: “"Together with a strong product strategy, Renault has been continuously undertaking strategic measures across all key business dimensions to offer a seamless brand ownership experience to its customers. All these have scripted Renault's growth story in India”.
