The beauty care and platform Purplle has acquired the skincare and cosmetics brand Faces Canada. Purplle has raised $60 million last month, taking its valuation to $630 million. Co-Founder and Chief executive of Purplle, Manish Taneja has said that this acquisition will help in elevating the makeup portfolio with international high-quality innovative products. 

With this acquisition, the company is looking forward to the acquisition of more companies to expand the beauty space. The company was founded by Manish Taneja, and Rahul Dash in 2012. Currently, it has more than seven million active users and the platform has its own brands such as Good Vibes, NY Bae, and Purplle. Faces will operate completely independently and the portfolio will be extended under Purplle.com.
