PM Modi to Inaugurate the Iconic Week

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Iconic Week of the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Affairs today. New series of coins of one, two, five, 10 and 20 rupees will be issued in the event. Let us tell you that the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Affairs is organizing 'Iconic Week' under Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi, from 6th to 11th June. During this, each department of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Ministry of Finance will display their own rich history and heritage as well as their readiness to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
 
On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch 'Jan Support' portal for credit-linked government schemes today. For your information, let us tell you that this portal will provide a single platform to different schemes. This will be the first such portal in itself that will connect the beneficiaries with the lenders. The main objective of this portal is to make the access to all the schemes more easy through digital means, by bringing all the schemes on one platform and giving benefits to the citizens. Significantly, 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate 75 years of independence of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements
