PM- Cares Not a National Fund

The fund was created for the welfare of the people during covid, the fund that asked for donations from the citizen with the purpose of help to battle Covid-19. The firm that has PM written all over it, has denied the basic transparency of their spending. A move well played by the central government with a Delhi High Court decision in the favour of the government. The PM-Cares fund is not a national fund, although it tricked people into believing that it must be a national fund if the word PM is written on it. If it was Modi-Cares, it would have made sense, but the current statements of government make me wonder does the PM really Care?
