Panasonic is igniting innovation in the commercial space! In collaboration with Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND) and 100X.VC, the tech giant has chosen 12 promising startups to join the inaugural cohort of its "Panasonic Ignition" Corporate Accelerator program.

This initiative focuses on fostering cutting-edge solutions in energy management for commercial buildings, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

Over 140 startups heeding the call, submitted applications in October 2023. After a rigorous evaluation process, 12 finalists were handpicked to embark on a 3-month intensive program.

Throughout this journey, these chosen innovators will receive invaluable support from both Panasonic and 100X.VC, including:

  • Mentorship sessions: Experienced experts from both companies will offer guidance and share their knowledge, helping startups refine their ideas and navigate the entrepreneurial landscape.

  • Financial resources: Access to funding will ensure startups have the resources needed to bring their concepts to life and accelerate their growth.

  • Challenging opportunities: Panasonic will pose stimulating challenges, pushing startups to innovate and develop even more impactful solutions.

The program culminates in March 2024, when the one shining star will be crowned the champion, based on continuous evaluations and impressive progress.

Ignition Programme Launch and Selection Process

Launched in October 2023, the 'Panasonic Ignition' programme attracted over 140 startup applications. Following a meticulous evaluation, 12 promising startups have been shortlisted to partake in the comprehensive three-month accelerator programme.

These selected startups will benefit from a spectrum of support, including mentorship sessions, guidance, and financial backing provided jointly by Panasonic and 100X.VC.

Supporting Startups in Energy Management Solutions

During the programme, Panasonic will present tailored challenges to the participating startups. Through regular reviews and engagements, the programme will culminate in March 2024 with the announcement of the ultimate winner.

Cohort of Selected Startups

The selected startups for the 'Panasonic Ignition' programme are SustLabs, MinionLabs, Clairco, Enlite, Zodhya, Living Things, Sensiable, Carbon Minus, Nebeskie, Quebeq Venture, Blaze, and Cymbeline.
