Now you can untag yourself from threads on Twitter

The U.S. headquartered micro blogging site, Twitter is reportedly testing a new feature. With this, the users will be able to untag themselves from threads they don’t want to be a part of. Machun Wong, a researcher in a tweet explained how this feature will work. Users will be able to untag themselves from conversations they don’t want to be tagged and will not receive any notifications from that post. However, the user will still have access to that post. A few days earlier Twitter announced a new feature. In that, the user can pin up to six conversations in its DM list to easily find accounts you frequently converse with. In another feature, automated accounts will now be marked to let users know they are bot accounts.
