Migsun Ties Up With ElectriVa

Migsun, a real estate developer, has partnered with electric vehicle charging provider ElectriVa to install, operate, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations at three projects in Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Migsun Roof, Raj Nagar Extension, Migsun Wynne, Greater Noida, and Migsun Green Mansion, Greater Noida will be developed by ElectriVa.

“There has been an increasing in demand from developers for the installations of charging stations at the under construction projects. Some are even exploring options to install it at delivered projects as well. We are taking to other developers across geographies for such tie ups,” said Sumit Dhanuka, founder, ElectriVa.

Migsun is a major NCR real estate company that has completed over 40 projects. The group will hand over 4,000 apartments and commercial properties in six projects over the next year. Its current projects are in Noida, Greater Noida, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, and Lucknow. Recently, the company began work on a stalled project in Greater Noida using the Project Management Consultancy model.
