News Synopsis

Performance management startup, Mesh has raised $11 million in Series A funding led by RTP Global. The company said it has observed 16X growth in revenue since its foundation in 2020. The capital raised will primarily allow the startup to focus on building a global team for further expansion in the USA and APAC markets.

Mesh was co-founded by Gaurav Chaubey, Saurabh Nangia, and Rahul Singh in 2010. It makes it easy for employees to manage goals, share feedback and run one-on-ones. Mesh also helps companies to enable transparency around goals, continuous feedback, and coaching conversations.

The platform will continue to successfully manage the upcoming soon-to-be unicorns and a wide pool of unicorns across sectors, including ShareChat, CRED, Groww, Pipefy, and more. Prior to raising Series A, Mesh raised $5.1 million in seed funding in 2021.

Headquartered in the United States, the HR-tech startup has grown into a team of approximately 50 employees in four countries. In addition to benefits and offers such as stock ownership, unlimited question-free leave, and learning allowances, the company said all decisions and actions on the mesh are guided by its core value, L.o.v.e. act with love, nurture openness, drive velocity and think exponential.
