Mercedes-Benz launched the new C-Class sedan in India

On Tuesday, German Luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz announced that it has launched the all-new version of its C-Class sedan in India. The newly launched C class is priced between Rs 55 lakh and Rs 61 lakh. Mercedes Benz has introduced the new C-Class in three variants, petrol-powered C 200 comes at a price tag of Rs 55 lakh while diesel powered C 220d and 330d have been priced at Rs 56 lakh and Rs 61 lakh, respectively. The automobile company further informed that it has received over 1,000 pre-launch bookings for the fifth-generation C-Class.

The Chief Executive Officer and the MD of Mercedes India, Martin Schwenk said, ''The unprecedented interest level of customers has exceeded our expectations resulting in over 1,000 confirmed bookings for the 'Baby S' even before its launch, making it one of the most anticipated luxury cars to be introduced in the market today. It would be our endeavor to deliver these cars to our customers at the earliest.'' The company further intends to introduce ten products in the market this year and as of now, it has already launched two products.
