Japan's Startup Targets The Flying Car Market With Hoverbike

News Synopsis

Soccer player Keisuke Honda has launched a Hoverbike worth 77.7 million Yen, to persuade wealthy customers. The "XTurismo Limited Edition" is developed at Tokyo-based A.L.I. Technologies. The Hoverbike is equipped with a conventional engine and four battery-powered motors, with the help of which it can fly for 40 minutes at a speed up to 100 kph. 

Japanese startup A.L.I. Technologies have demonstrated the video of the Hoverbike at Fuji Speedway in Oyama, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan on October 26. Katano has described that the use of the Hoverbike will be limited to a few meters above from the ground and will not be able to fly over the busy roads of Japan but the bike can be used for the rescue teams to reach the difficult locations.
