Isuzu Motors Ltd, a Japanese commercial vehicle company, announced changes in its management team in India, and Wataru Nakano has been appointed President and Managing Director of Isuzu Motors India (IMI).

The company also announced that Toru Kishimoto has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of IMI and Rajesh Mittal has been appointed President of Isuzu Engineering Business Center India (IEBCI) and Vice President of IMI.

Mr. Nakano, who was the general manager of the LCV Business Department at Isuzu Motors, Japan, has taken over Tsuguo Fukumura as the president and Managing Director of IMI, the company said in a statement.

With over 30 years of experience in international sales, operations, and enterprise strategy, Nakano got responsible for the company's light commercial vehicles business at Isuzu Motors, Japan.

Rajesh Mittal has 37 years of technical, business, and operations experience in the commercial vehicles industry across global markets, it said. 

Kishimoto has more than 30 years of experience in the global market and has been involved in the sales and marketing of Isuzu products in Europe, Thailand, and other major emerging markets. He was a former vice president and headed the sales and marketing functions of IMI, the company said.
