iPhone 14 might come equipped with Satellite Connectivity

The United States based Tech giant Apple Incorporation is considering to launch iPhone 14 with satellite connectivity options for emergency situations. According to GizmoChina, after being equipped with satellite connectivity, users would be able to send text messages or SOS responses with the help of a satellite network to report on accidents. This kind of feature is also seen on Apple Watch. A few days back, the tech website informed that the United State based tech giant is reportedly working on a similar satellite feature for its other devices as well.

The report said further elaborated that one of the main reasons to include this feature in this system is to enable users to send messages or reach out to emergency services in cases of an actual emergency. This system will reportedly include an "Emergency Message via Contacts" for sending short messages in areas where cellular signals are not accessible. It also looks like the Tech Company is looking to include this feature in its other products as well. Surprisingly, the iPhone 13 series was also rumored to come with such technology as well. However, it was later skipped in the iPhone 13 series.
