Info Edge to Invest in Greytic Software

Noida-based, Pure Play Internet Company, Info Edge has decided to invest Rs 30 crore in Greytip Software. Info Edge is on an agreement under which it will acquire 3,58,581 Series-D compulsory convertible debentures, with a valuation of Rs 836.631 per Series-D CCD.
Greytip Software is an HR and payroll SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company that focuses on SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) customers in India and abroad. The company manages the whole Human Resource including the employee’s information, leave, and attendance management.
It has more than 13,500 customers across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. It also holds the capability to function in more than 20 countries. The company generates more than 1.4 million payslips on its platform every month.
