IBM acquires Neudesic

One of the world’s leading tech companies IBM has acquired Neudesic. Neudesic is a cloud consultancy company that specializes in the Microsoft Azure platform. John Granger, Senior Vice President, IBM Consulting, in a statement said: "Neudesic adds deep Azure cloud, data engineering, and data analytics expertise to accelerate our clients' hybrid cloud journeys". However, the amount at which IBM acquired Neudesic has not been disclosed. Neusedic offers its services in health and life sciences, financial services, energy and utilities, professional services, and retail industries through its expertise in technology transformation and Microsoft Azure cloud services. In a statement released after the acquisition Parsa Rohani, Co-Founder, and CEO, Neudesic said: "The combination of our capabilities with IBM's hybrid cloud vision and scale will drive even more impactful innovation for clients.”
