Live video infrastructure startup, 100ms raised $20 in its series A funding round led by the Alpha Wave Incubation along with the participation of Matrix Partners India and LocalGlobe, along with existing investors Accel and Strive.vc.

100ms plans to bring real-life interactions to the virtual world by providing developed tooling for live videos. The founders of the startup are also known for their work at the video infrastructure at Facebook and Disney. It aims at building rich bespoke and deeper than physical experiences for businesses and people.

It has witnessed over 20x growth in usage metrics over the last quarter with serving to customers like WhiteHat Jr, Circle, Paytm Insider, Frontrow, and Kutumb. The company aims to help developers build and deploy enterprise-class video applications in hours. 

The CEO at 100ms, Kshitij Gupta has said, “ Building and managing infrastructure at scale is a non-trivial problem for most organisations. Our goal is to make it easy for businesses of all sizes to deliver deeper than physical live video experiences within their products in less than half a dozen lines of code.”
