These partners will be responsible for selling HP-certified refurbished laptops to both retail customers and businesses. This marks a significant first for HP, and the company plans to expand this program to other regions throughout 2024.

HP emphasizes quality and reliability.  Each HP-certified refurbished device will undergo a meticulous refurbishment process. This process includes:

• Memory Enhancements: Upgrading RAM to meet current performance standards.

• Storage Expansions: Offering additional storage options to suit individual needs.

• Extensive Testing and Inspection: Ensuring optimal performance and reliability through rigorous testing procedures.

This collaborative effort, involving HP, certified refurbishment experts, and Indian partners, guarantees that every refurbished device meets stringent quality standards.

Subscription or Transactional Options Cater to Diverse Needs

The HP India refurbishment program offers flexibility to cater to different needs. Previously focused on a subscription model for businesses, allowing access to the latest technology for 6, 12, or 24 months, the program is expanding.  Now, both retail customers and small businesses can purchase refurbished PCs on a transactional basis.

Initially, the program will focus on laptops, with plans to diversify its offerings in the future.
