Hike Offering Ether Tokens for referral of New Employees

Kavin Bharti Mittal, the founder of the messaging application, Hike is offering Ether (ETH) for referring new employees for his firm. The founder has announced the offer as it is hiring employees for his new gaming initiative called, the Rush Gaming Universe. The jobs include roles such as, ‘Crypto Game Economist’, ‘Chief Meme Officer’ and ‘Senior Product Manager- Crypto’.

It is planning to add 30 new employees to its workforce. The company has announced that it will offer ETH referrals for 10 roles only from total of 4 ETH, which values at Rs. 11 lakh currently. The offer includes 1 ETH for referring for the roles of ‘Crypt Game Economist’ and ‘Chief of Staff. Other posts are worth less than 1 ETH amounting to 0.5, 0.25, and 0.20 ETH per post.

The company raised funds for the first time in five years in August this year and is going to use the funds to expand hire across different functions and to expand its product strategy as well.
