Good Glamm Group Acquires MissMalini Entertainment

South Asia’s largest content-to-commerce organization, Good Glamm Group, has acquired MissMalini Entertainment. The company will keep functioning independently while bringing its expertise to the Good Glamm Group. A statement released by the Good Glamm Group stated that the founder Malini Agrawal and co-founders Nowshad Rizwanullah and Mike Melli will continue to lead the company.

The Good Glamm Group has some of India’s largest media brands under it, including POPxo, ScoopWhoop, BabyChakra and MissMalini Entertainment. With more than 3.5 billion monthly impressions and over 150 million unique users, the company is now among the largest e-commerce or digital media companies in India.
